Return Policy

We happily accept returns within 14 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met;

  • Merchandise must be in brand-new condition, tags on and in its original packaging.

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

  • Incomplete, damaged or altered items will not be accepted or refunded.

  • Discounted or Sale items cannot be returned.

Ginger Blue can refuse the return of products which do not comply with the requirements above. At this time we do not offer exchanges.

To start the return process, please fill in the necessary information on our Contact Us page to submit your return request.

Once your return has been processed, we will send you the necessary return address information. Your item(s) must be shipped within 7 days of approved return, please be sure to send your item back quickly in order to avoid any issues.

Please be aware that we do not refund any expedited shipping charges paid at the time of the original order or charges that you incur to return your purchase. Included with your return should be a copy of your receipt, return confirmation email, or a note with your name and order number in your return package.

Please allow up to 10 days for your return to be processed.
