  • We ship all standard US orders through the United States Postal Service allowing each order to be tracked at www.usps.com. When your product has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number that can be used for your records.

  • We use USPS for Domestic Free Standard Shipping. Expedited shipping is available. Please contact us for a quote.

  • As soon as we receive your order, we start working on fulfilling it right away! Orders cannot be changed or edited once they are placed.

  • We apologize for any inconvenience, we do not have Gift Cards at this time but we hope to offer them soon!

  • Oh no! If the order you received is incorrect, please email us at gingerbluebelts@gmail.com ASAP and provide your name, order number and a brief description of the situation. We will be happy to resolve the issue.

  • All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from our studio in Northern California.
